Hello, my name is Mark Mullis

Small Business Maintenance Solutions was started by me, to offer handyman services to families, and professional maintenance services to small businesses, churches and organizations. I am a life long resident of Stanly County where I continue to live with my family, and look forward to providing quality maintenance services for people here and the surrounding area.  

Back Ground

 I have spent over 30 years in the construction and maintenance fields, running my own cabinet, woodworking, and remodeling company for many of those years. I have worked as a maintenance man for a 23 store convenience store chain, where I performed maintenance duties on the entire stores as well as maintaining several car washes and in store delis.  And I have also worked as a  maintenance man for a 84 unit apartment complex providing preventive maintenance and repairs.

 
Why would you want me as your maintenance man?

I believe that any job worth doing is worth doing right, and although I may not be the fastest worker you have ever seen, I think that if you don’t have time to do it right the first time, when are you going to have time to go back and fix it. I take great pride in the work I do, and strive to do quality work that my customers will be happy with, and will become repeat customers. To me maintenance and repair work is not just a job, it’s an opportunity to fix someone’s problem and make life a little better.
